More about Princeton Community Housing (PCH): PCH is a 501(c)(3) non-profit celebrating five decades of leadership in Princeton, helping to create a vibrant, inclusive community that is home to persons of many income levels. A big hurdle to people trying to climb out of poverty is the shortage of affordable homes. In addition, retirees benefit from "aging in place" and not being forced to move out of their community after they stop working.

PCH provides affordable, welcoming, and well-maintained rental homes for families with children, retirees, and others with very low, low, and moderate incomes. PCH residents participate in and contribute to the wider Princeton community through employment, education, and other activities. More than 1,000 PCH residents (about 3% of the Princeton population) live in 466 homes at Princeton Community Village, Elm Court, Harriet Bryan House, Griggs Farms, and elsewhere. The current wait for a PCH home is 12-24 months on average, depending on a variety of circumstances, including household size. Over the years, thousands of residents have thrived in PCH rental homes, engaging in the broader Princeton community.

This spring, PCH residents were invited to submit art, photos, and/or writing on the theme, "What Does HOME Mean to You?" Many of these pieces, created by residents of ages 5 through 90, will be displayed at the Gala.

Please see www.princetoncommunityhousing.org for more about PCH and the Gala, including Sponsors to date. Payments are being processed by Network for Good, on behalf of PCH. Please see the Network for Good privacy policy below. Thanks!
